RETURN GUIDELINES

Please take the time to get to know and love your shoes while they're in new condition! If you aren't feeling a 'love connection', keep in mind the following guidelines....

For a full refund, please return your shoes in new condition and in their original box. If you don't have the original box, we will happily issue you a
store credit that can be used for any Footwise purchase. If you return a pair of shoes that show visible wear we won't be able to offer a full credit.

We appreciate returns being made within a month of purchase so we can restock them while they're still in fashion!

We will honor each brand's warranties against manufacturers defects, per their guidelines.

Sorry, but we aren't able to offer returns on sale purchases, so please choose sale shoes carefully.
