Product Information. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, Footwise.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Footwise.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not any such order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for such purchase and your order is cancelled, Footwise.com shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Although Footwise.com attempts to provide accurate information, it does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of information on this site. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Copyright Complaints. Footwise.com respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us.
Risk of Loss. All items purchased from Footwise.com are made pursuant to shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss entitled for such items passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
This Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Footwise.com is not responsible for the operation of or the content on any such site.
Reviews and Comments. Except as provided elsewhere in this agreement or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide us, including without limitation, ideas, techniques, questions, reviews, comments and suggestions, will be treated as nonconfidential and nonproprietary, and we shall have the right to use, distribute, display, publish, sell, transmit and adapt such submissions.
